The double-sealing ring and the dust-proof ring structure can guarantee hydraulic cylinder good sealed. The sealing rings we chose famous brands with good products performance. The parts adopt carbon dioxide welding with alloy welding wire to ensure weld's integrity. After welding, the complete part will undergo heating treatment to eliminate stress thoroughly. In this way, there'll be no deformation during mechanical processing. Data acquisition parts, like temperature sensor, pressure sensor and temperature display adopt famous brands to get best control accuracy.<o:p>
Components <o:p>
1. Hydraulic pressure system: Under PLC control, it can realize auto mould closing. exhausfng, mould opening and unloading.
2. In-phase balance mechanism: It can ensure the horizontal lifting of the platform.
3. Mould-closing guild device: It is installed on the both sides of lower mat platform. The deckle board and the platform are also equipped with guiding seats.
4. Mould-opening servounit: During the mould opening, the four cylinders below the platform will pull down the platform to avoid mould sticking.<o:p>

1. These curing sets adopt PLC and touch screen control. Manuel control and auto control are all available.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 and uses YX sealing ring; the plunger piston adopts closed-grained chilled alloy cast iron and is accurately grinded after casting.
3. The guard edge of heabting platen employs hydraulic automatic prop up iron. and there are anti-superpose sizing block device at both sides of the platen.
4. Each heating area of the platen introduces a set of temperature control valve to guarantee the even temperature of the area under PLC control.<o:p>
